Sauna

You will really start to sweat in our sauna area. Enjoy our Röhn or rustic sauna and let the steam clean your pores in a steam bath.

• Please note that our entire sauna area is a textile-free zone.
• The infusion times can be found daily at the spa reception.
• The saunas are usable from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Rhön sauna
In our beautiful Rhön-Sauna you can find the gentle form of sauna. You can expect 80° C and 7-15% humidity.

Rustic sauna
The rustic sauna will make you sweat a lot. Various infusions are celebrated here at regular intervals. You can expect 85-95 degrees and 7-15% humidity.

Royal Steam Bath
A warm core area and two spacious lying areas with cold water showers await you here. The steam bath has 45°C and a humidity of 100%.

Herbal bath
If you like to relax with the scent of herbs, then you are exactly right in our herbal steam bath. Enjoy pleasant warmth, special light and sound scenarios. You can expect approx. 55 degrees and approx. 40 % air humidity.

Relaxation area
You can relax in the relaxation gallery of approx. 60 m², which is kept in a round form. Glass front with view of the spa gardens. Or you can enjoy complete peace and quiet in the 2nd relaxation room of approx. 160 m², also with glass front and view of the spa gardens. A well with watercourse is integrated in the relaxation room.

Backyard
In summer you can also use our great garden of 4,000 m² and get some fresh air!

Brine grotto
With 4% salt content, 35°C, underwater music and light effects you can relax wonderfully and enjoy weightlessness. Please note that our solo grotto is cleaned every 3rd Tuesday of the month and therefore cannot be used on this day.

Sunbathing lawn
In summer you can also use our great garden of 4,000 m² and get some fresh air!
