Personal Training

Exclusive, temporally and spatially flexible sports training, which guarantees maximum efficiency through individual support. The focus is on concentrated work in the One To One system. The trainee receives permanent feedback from his personal trainer and can thus fully concentrate on the various exercise elements.

Electrotherapies

The principle of electrotherapy is based on the stimulating effect of electric current, which relaxes the muscles, stimulates blood circulation and relieves pain.

Balneotherapy

In balneotherapy or spa therapy, the body is treated with healing waters (drinking cures), healing peloids (moor and mud), water (hydrotherapy, medical baths), cold and heat (Kneipp cure) or inhalations. A changed climate can also support a recovery (e.g. climatic therapy on the coast). A balneological treatment lasts three to four weeks and relieves chronic ailments and psychological strain.

We have 11 treatment rooms spread over approx. 250 m² equipped with natural wood from the Hochrhön Biosphere Reserve. Our spring bath with a pleasant 30°C is fed with Bad Brückenau medicinal water and is particularly suitable for individual and group water and physiotherapeutic treatments as well as for swimming. A bright, spacious fitness room with a view of the countryside is available for physiotherapy and device-controlled training.
